I keep going because I’m a work in progress—and that’s exciting.

Glint isn’t just a name for a notebook or a nonprofit; it’s the ethos of how I’ve learned to live. To find the slivers of light in the cracks of a hard day and hold onto them with both hands.

Maybe your glint is different—maybe it’s in your morning coffee, your favorite playlist, or the quiet determination in your heart. Wherever it is, know this: you don’t have to be perfect or polished to keep going. Sometimes, just showing up is the most courageous act.

So, what inspires me? Life itself, messy and beautiful, offering endless chances to find light in the dark. And if you’re reading this, you’re part of that light, too.
